
Do you have a minimum number of hours?
The minimum number of hours is three.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Flying Domestics provides the cleaner only.
How will the cleaner get into my home if I am at work?
If you are unable to meet your cleaner on their first visit, then you can liaise directly with her regarding providing a key and if necessary an alarm code. Alternatively you could arrange for a third party to be there to meet her.
Is there a contract to sign?
Flying Domestics does not require you to sign a contract. This service is provided in good faith and you are free to leave and return at any time.
Does my home cleaner have insurance cover?
All cleaners placed through our agency are covered for public liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment can be made by credit card or direct debit. The debiting of your account is based on receipt of your cleaner’s confirmed hours worked. Your account is debited in the week following service. You pay only for the time your cleaner is on site.
